PCB Manufacturing Service Terms and Conditions

1- Introduction:
Customer's request to use this service is binding on its parties (Customer, Logic Need) and Customer must read and understand all its terms carefully before requesting the implementation of electronic plates.

2- Definitions:

a-	PCB manufacturing Service: One of the services provided by Logic Need Company for the implementation of the designs of electronic boards, embedded systems, services and possibilities provided by the company in this name without any other services from its publications.
b-	Company: Logic Need Ltd., The service provider. The service may be done by agents or other companies to perform the functions of the service or some of them.
c-	The customer: The user of the service, whether an individual or a company and whether its data is registered on the servers and computers of the company or not registered or communicate with the company in any other way to implement the service for him.
d-	Design files: are the files of computer programs required by the implementation process, which contains information and designs of the PCB, and these files sent by the client to the Logic Need Company, and the types of these files determined by Logic Need to help them to carry out its tasks.
e-	PCB Implementation Methods: The technical methods followed by the company to implement the design from which the client chooses what he deems appropriate for its design.

3- Terms and Conditions:

(1)	The design files sent by the customer and the information or designs contained therein are the responsibility of the customer, and the client must ensure that he has the right to acquire them and implement them. Any violations of intellectual property rights for these files are the sole responsibility of the customer without any responsibility of the company.
(2)	The role of the company is limited to the implementation of the PCB to the client without bearing any other consequences; where the company does not interfere in the design and does not ask for information about the components that will be installed on the board and do not inquire about the purpose or the function of the device to be installed by the PCB and that and the consequent responsibility of all And bear the consequences of the client alone.
(3)	The Company shall make all efforts to preserve the privacy of client design files that the Company may retain on its computers, but the Company is not responsible for any breaches, thefts or leaks that may occur to files as a result of any unauthorized acts such as hacking or piracy of the system by others or any Subversive may occur to the system.
(4)	Any request for modification or replacement of design files shall not be accepted after confirmation of the process of commencement or payment of the work deposit.
(5)	The customer shall bear the costs of the films and any molds used during the implementation process, which are owned by the company and not delivered to the customer after the completion of the implementation. The customer may request the re-implementation of the design within a maximum period of one month without re-paying the costs after paying the fees or fulfillment of conditions may be decided by the company in a timely manner.
(6)	Customer choice for execution methods is the responsibility of the customer unit; The Company does not provide any legal or technical guarantees to ensure the quality or validity of the implementation method to suit the required tasks. The company does not follow all the operational and technical operations that may be followed by other companies or quality specifications, but the company only follows what is available to it. The customer should choose the method of execution carefully and under his own responsibility when accepting it.
(7)	The company shall implement the design of the files sent by the client and does not make any additions or modifications, and the company does not accept any amendments or guidance - whether oral or written - other than what is shown in the design files, so the client must clarify the design files all requirements before sending to Company.
(8)	The compatibility of the design files with the general rules of the designs set by the company is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, the customer must ensure that his design is in conformity with the general rules of design which the company sets out and which he describes in its publications or its website. These rules may be changed or changed by the company from time to time; the customer must follow them continuously so that their designs are in line with the latest developments of these rules.
(9)	The customer must ensure the accuracy and the quality of the implementation of the PCB after receipt and has the right to object to it or technical errors as a result of the implementation process within a maximum of three working days from the date of receipt or seven working days from the date of shipment in case of sending by shipping. In the case of customer objection, the customer shall bear the cost of returning it to the company's headquarters to inspect the paintings by the technicians of Logic Need Company (and does not take any examination done by the customer or any other party) to determine whether the PCB are intact or defective. The customer has no right to object or request replacement PCB or refunds.
(10)	Any accidents, malfunctions, damages or losses that may result from the use of the PCB are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must test the PCB before operating it to ensure it in all ways. Customer shall bear technical and criminal liability for any damages caused by the use of the PCB without any liability of the company.
(11)	The Client shall review the competent authorities to obtain the necessary licenses (if any) for the implementation of its design and operation of the PCB whether for personal or commercial use. The customer shall ensure that the design and the PCB do not violate any local or international laws or protocols of wire or wireless communication or standard specifications. Or intellectual property or patent, as well as the device that will be used by the PCB does not violate any of them, it is the responsibility of the customer alone without any responsibility on the Logic Need Company.
(12)	Disputes relating to this service shall be resolved amicably, If the parties are not able to do so, the courts of Mansoura City, in the Arab Republic of Egypt, shall be competent only for their consideration and adjudication in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Egyptian laws
