Payment Terms

Payment terms for customer resident within Egypt:
1- 200 EGP deposit payment upon receipt of design files
2- 100% of the order value before the start of implementation.


Payment terms for customer resident outside Egypt (Arab and foreign countries):
1- $ 11 US deposit payment upon receipt of design files
2- 100% of the order value before the start of implementation.
 
General payment terms:
1- We do not review or accept design files until you have received the advance payment.
2- If there are requirements required by the client to meet or modify the design, the customer must meet these requirements and resubmit the design files again even if repeated these requirements more than once and the customer will have to fix them and re-send the design files again to check on this and must be completed within a maximum of 30 days From the date of receipt of the advance payment. If the client exceeds that time and the files have not yet been accepted, the customer shall repay the payment of the advance payment again.
3- If the design files are checked and accepted by the company, the customer have to pay the payment amount for the start of work within a maximum period of 30 days. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and no refunds will be made to the customer.
4- After execution of the order the customer will have to pay the payment amount for the receipt within a maximum of 45 days from the date specified for delivery, otherwise the order will be canceled and no refunds will be made to the customer.
