How to generate the required files for manufacturing ?

To place an order on Logic Need PCB service, you need to provide us with the necessary manufacturing files to produce your consignment.
For Printed Circuit Board manufacturing you will need to send us an accepted file formats, to know the accepted file formats please [click here] .
For your convenience, we have written guides on how to generate the necessary files in the correct format in some of the most popular circuit design programs available.

Altium Designer

We have 3 Methods for you to send us the required manufacturing files from Altium Designer.
Follow one of the following methods:

▪	Export IPC-2581B file from Altium Designer
▪	Export ODB++ files from Altium Designer
▪	Export Gerber X2 files from Altium Designer

Eagle

We have 2 Methods for you to send us the required manufacturing files from Eagle.
Follow one of the following methods:

▪	Export Gerber and Drill files by using our helpful pre-configured CAM Job file: - For Eagle version 8.6 or above - For Eagle version 8.5 or earlier

Multisim / Ultiboard

We have a Method for you to send us the required manufacturing files from NI Ultiboard.
Follow the following method:

▪	Export Gerber RS-274X and Excellon files from Ultiboard

Proteus

We have 2 Methods for you to send us the required manufacturing files from Proteus ARES.
Follow one of the following methods:

▪	Export ODB++ files from Proteus Design
▪	Export Gerber X2 files from Proteus Design

Logic Need strongly recommend the new "intelligent" file formats ( IPC-2581B / ODB++ / Gerber X2 ) over the old formats (Gerber RS-274X artwork files / Excellon drilling files) to ensure superior manufacturability, quality, reliability and consistency.
